This edition of the Convention on the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea, 1972 (COLREG 1972) contains the consolidated text of the 1972 Convention and all amendments adopted by the Maritime Safety Committee and resolutions adopted by the Assembly of the International Maritime Organization, including the latest amendments from resolution A.1085(28) which entered into force on 1 January 2016.

List V is published annually, as per the Radio Regulations this publication shall be provided to all ship stations for which a Global Maritime Distress and Safety System (GMDSS) installation is required by international agreement.

It contains details of Maritime Mobile Service Identities for search and rescue aircraft, coast stations, and groups of ship stations. It also provides contact information for accounting authorities and notifying administrations.
