If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will exchange or refund in full, excluding carriage, provided that the items are returned within 14 days of receipt and the below is adhered to.
Please email customer services at email@example.com or telephone +44 (0)1472 361137 within 14 days after the date of receipt of the goods to receive return instructions. We do not cover the cost of returning the item to us.
Please check the condition of goods on arrival – we are unable to accept goods damaged during shipping after 14 days.
Returned goods must be packaged securely, in an unused state and returned in their original packaging including all accessories and instructions, along with your proof of purchase.
If you would like to return goods because they were ordered incorrectly, return postage will be at your expense. If you would like us to replace the goods with another product, we will charge carriage on the replacement.
Admiralty standard paper charts – We will only accept standard charts. A handling charge of 20% will be applied to all Admiralty Standard Charts to allow for any corrections accrued prior to returning to stock. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Software and electronic / digital card charts – We can only accept these back if the outer cellophane wrapping is unopened, or licence seal unbroken, or the charts/software are faulty.
There is no right of return on the following items
POD, Print on Demand products, since these are produced in accordance to current order.
Digital licenced products (including e-books), since goods cannot be returned when e-mailed or installed.
