If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will exchange or refund in full, excluding carriage (some product exemptions do apply as shown below such as paper charts, etc) provided that the items are returned within 14 days of receipt and the below is adhered to.

Please email customer services at sales@southbankmarine.com or telephone +44 (0)1472 361137 within 14 days after the date of receipt of the goods to receive return instructions. We do not cover the cost of returning the item to us.

Please check the condition of goods on arrival – we are unable to accept goods damaged during shipping after 14 days.

Returned goods must be packaged securely, in an unused state and returned in their original packaging including all accessories and instructions, along with your proof of purchase.

Admiralty standard paper charts We do not accept any standard chart returns, this is due to all our charts being printed on demand (POD) and the returns policy of The United Kingdom Hydrographic Office (UKHO) these are unable to be returned for credit unless they are damaged in transit or faulty.

Software and electronic / digital card charts – We can only accept these back if the outer cellophane wrapping is unopened, or licence seal unbroken, or the charts/software are faulty.

There is no right of return on the following items

POD, Print on Demand products, since these are produced in accordance to current order.

Digital licenced products (including e-books), since goods cannot be returned when e-mailed or installed.
